is looking for an energetic, organized, and dependable Front Office Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to join our team in Irvine!

✨ RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and positive energy
• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and office communications
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
• Assist executives with administrative and personal assistant tasks
• Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and daily operations
• Assist with invoices, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Create and organize documents using Google Docs & Google Sheets
• Assist with company merchandise orders and Canva-related projects
🔥 QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting
• Experience with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Canva experience is a plus
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Reliable, proactive, and motivated to grow professionally

📅 SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
(30-minute lunch break)
📍 LOCATION:
Irvine, CA 92612
(In-Person Position)
✅ Preferred Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar front office role preferred
• Looking for someone with strong previous job stability, reliability, and professionalism
• Must have a positive attitude, outgoing personality, friendly demeanor, and enjoy interacting with clients both in person and over the phone
• Google Suite (e.g. - Google Docs / Google Sheets)
• Canva for marketing and creating company flyers
🚗 Requirements:
• Ability to reliably commute to Irvine, CA
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
