Job Title: Administrative Assistant, (marketing, warehouse) – Full Time. In-House Only,
Monday-Friday in our Irvine, Ca. Headquarters.
Reports To: Administrative Coordinator / Sales Manager / Publisher
Pay Range: $19 - $21 hourly, depending on experience + benefits after probationary period.

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented administrative assistant.
In this varied role, the right candidate will help execute marketing initiatives, much of which
will require data entry and replicating new layouts and brand standards throughout our
product lines. In this role, you will provide administrative assistance by helping execute
marketing campaigns that reach pastors, churches, Christian families, bookstores, online
audiences and more. The ideal candidate will have a heart for ministry, display strong
organizational and communication skills, have the ability to provide detailed proofing to
spot errors and timely reporting that will help senior management evaluate marketing
initiatives. You will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, driving sales, and building
community engagement for our biblically faithful resources as well as expanding exposure
for the non-profit Legacy Bible Foundation (LBF). This position will also help out in other
areas of publishing as needed, including an average of eight hours weekly in our warehouse,
primarily helping with maintaining inventory reporting and fulfilling consumer orders during
busy seasons.Candidate must have both an understanding of the Evangelical culture
and be conversant in it, since the largest target market for our resources is a
conservative Christian audience.
Responsibilities:
● Assist in coordinating, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for new
and products Also assisting with executing marketing for LBF.
● Execute social media plans across Meta platforms lInstagram, X, YouTube, etc.
● Execute email marketing efforts, including newsletter campaigns, segmented
promotions, and customer retention initiatives.
● Apply and monitor digital advertising budgets (Google Ads, social ads, Amazon, etc.)
track performance metrics and provide reporting to senior management, etc.
● Work with internal and external teams to execute plans for promotional materials
such as flyers, catalogs, press releases, and website content.
● Help promote events, including church partnerships, conferences, etc.
● Maintain the company website and online store with product descriptions, blog
posts, and SEO-optimized content that has been supplied through the direction of
senior management or by way of approved freelance marketing partners.
● Review and proof that all marketing materials align with our biblical values and
theological standards and are without typographical errors.
● Monitor social media accounts, culling them to hide or remove irate or false content
as well as gathering user photos, content for 316 to use in marketing.
Job Requirements:
● 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or marketing role. Publishing, non-profit,
ministry, or Christian organizations experience is a plus.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.
● Some basic knowledge of marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Google
Analytics, social media schedulers, and basic SEO practices is a plus.
● Familiarity with Christian publishing and faith-based audiences is a strong plus.
● Passion for Christian ministry and alignment with our mission to produce
high-quality, solidly Biblical, God-honoring resources.
● Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and Amazon is a plus.
