OC Exterior Pro Clean is looking for a reliable part-time helper for residential window cleaning labor jobs in Orange County. In addition to working the jobs, you are expected to help 3 times/month with local marketing and sales. If you can close your own sales, we will compensate in commission, as well as the hourly labor.
This is not full-time, not part-time, and not a set weekly schedule. Work is scheduled as jobs come in, currently around one job per week, with room for more if you are capable and opportunities are present. Most jobs are 2–5 hours.
Before we integrate you fully into our schedule, we will use you for marketing help up to 3 times/month. Marketing and sales help is 4 hour days.
Pay: $24/hour cash
Type: As-needed / per diem labor
Work: Residential window cleaning, with possible opportunities for other exterior cleaning work
Job duties
• Sell to, and close window cleaning jobs
• Help clean residential windows, screens, tracks, and exterior glass
• Carry ladders, buckets, tools, towels, and equipment
• Work on your feet for several hours
• Work safely inside and around customers’ homes
• Communicate politely with customers when needed
• Follow instructions and keep the work area clean and professional
• Potential additional work may include exterior cleaning, commercial property cleaning, trash pickup, and similar labor tasks
