Schedule
ā¢ Monday ā Friday
ā¢ 6:00 AM ā 3:00 PM
ā¢ In-Office Position Only
ā¢ 40 Hours Per Week
š„ Responsibilities
ā¢ Handle inbound customer calls
ā¢ Retain existing customers
ā¢ Resolve customer concerns and objections
ā¢ Process past-due payments
ā¢ Update customer accounts in CRM
ā¢ Provide excellent customer service
ā¢ Manage a high volume of calls
ā
Qualifications
ā¢ Customer service experience required
ā¢ Home Warranty or Auto Warranty experience preferred
ā¢ Strong communication skills
ā¢ Reliable and punctual
ā¢ Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
