About the Role
Seacrest At Home is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Home Care Coordinator to support scheduling, payroll, and caregiver operations across North County Coastal to the San Diego Del Cerro area.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Review and approve daily caregiver shifts
ā¢ Assist with payroll preparation
ā¢ Fill open shifts and manage caregiver call-outs
ā¢ Confirm schedules and reduce coverage gaps
ā¢ Manage biweekly Long Term Care (LTC) submissions and documentation
ā¢ Provide weekend in-office caregiver support
ā¢ Act as a support resource for caregivers with scheduling questions, client concerns, and shift-related needs
Qualifications
Experience in scheduling or home care coordination preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
