Job Summary
This is an operations management role centered around carrier sourcing, carrier management, and data analysis. You will be deeply involved in core business operations and strategic decision-making, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role in carrier sourcing, pricing, or business operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze order volume, pricing, carrier performance, and operational data to identify business issues and optimization opportunities
- Support carrier sourcing and pricing decisions
- Assist in optimizing cost structure and fulfillment efficiency
- Drive the execution of operations, sales, and product-related project.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, product teams, and external carrier partners.
- Follow up on and resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Prepare analytical reports and propose actionable optimization plans
- Lead plant management efforts related to logistics operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational excellence.
- Develop strategies for continuous improvement in logistics workflows, leveraging ERP systems for real-time data analysis.

Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in the logistics industry (Trucking / Brokerage / Freight Forwarding preferred)
- Experience in drayage, container transportation, or port operations is preferred
- Experience in carrier sourcing or carrier management
- Experience in project coordination or cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and support decision-making through data
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets with strong data processing capabilities
- Fluent in both English and Chinese is a plus
Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
