San Diego Hydraulics is hiring a dependable, hardworking team member for a full-time front counter and shop support position in our hydraulic repair shop.
THIS IS NOT A RETAIL OR OFFICE JOB.
This is a hands-on industrial environment. Applicants should be comfortable working around hydraulic equipment, oil, grease, hoses, tools, and a busy repair shop atmosphere.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist walk-in customers and contractors
• Build and assemble hydraulic hoses
• Help load/unload hydraulic components
• Write up incoming jobs and maintain paperwork
• Make customer follow-up/status calls
• Keep front counter and shop area clean and organized
• Support daily shop operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Mechanically inclined preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Hydraulic industry experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Weekends off
