About Us:
We are a fast-paced shop focused on delivering quality service and products to our customers. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Front Counter Clerk to join our team.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:
•Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
•Build and assemble hoses accurately based on customer needs
•Help customers with loading/unloading hydraulic components
•Handle work intake and ensure proper documentation of jobs
•Make status calls and follow up with customers as needed
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and front counter area (sweeping, emptying trash, general housekeeping)
•Support day-to-day operations and team needs

Qualifications:
•The ability to work closely with both customers and team members
•Strong communication and teamwork skills
•Previous customer service experience preferred
•Basic computer knowledge required
•Previous experience in the hydraulic industry is a plus
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
•Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
•Experience with P21 (Prophet 21) is a plus
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Ability to multitask in a busy environment
•Willingness to learn and take initiative
