Toyota of Poway is looking for a Service BDC Receptionist to join our automotive Service team. This position is responsible for answering Service Department calls, handling both inbound and outbound customer communication, scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, working as a team with the Service Team to help drive service department traffic through exceptional customer service. Computer Knowledge. Automotive Experience is a Plus. Full time-Monday-Friday 7am - 4pm we are willing to train the right person with excellent customer service.
