Job Overview
The Technical Customer Service Representative at CJ 4DPLEX act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that exhibitor partner faces with accuracy and efficiency. A Technical Service Representative is highly skilled, handling inbound / outbound phone calls and email requests using a friendly, helpful and professional approach. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication and interpersonal skills required to resolve any issues with a customer-first business mentality. Serving as the voice and face of our company, the Technical Service Representative will be integral in reinforcing CJ 4DPLEX’s reputation for exceptional customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Build expert, dynamic knowledge of the 4DX and SCREENX hardware and software systems
- Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding equipment failures, complaints, spare parts order and warranty.
- Resolve tickets from exhibitors regarding operation of 4DX and SCREENX theatres.
- Guide the client through technical troubleshooting and testing processes.
- Conduct research with available resources to satisfy customer inquiries.
- Consult with clients to determine appropriate hardware and software needs and process purchase orders.
- Gather data to identify and evaluate technical purchasing options.
- Maintain daily recordings and documentation of issues and resolutions in a database for sales and executive management teams to review.
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to focus on and act to deliver high customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems.
- Technologically literate and open to learn new technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Must have strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
- Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully.
- Ability to collaborate in a corporate environment with process improvement mindset.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
- Some college or above is a plus.
- Prior experience working helpdesk / call-center environment.
- Prior experience in technical support, on-site technical installation/support a plus
- Prior experience in multi-cultural working environment a plus
- Speak English at idiomatic level
- Bilingual (Korean, Spanish) a plus
- Full-time availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
