Finance manager responsibilities:
- Deal Documentation: meticulously prepare deal packages, ensuring all necessary documents are complete & accurate before they reach our accounting department.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Present warranty options, GAP & Credit insurance, and other F&I products
- Accurately prepare & submit all Federal, State & Dealership paper works.
What we're looking for:
- Work collaboratively with all personnel while utilizing excellent follow-through skills.
- Proficient at operating personal computers, including Microsoft office applications
- Professional appearance & work ethics.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Proficient in time management
- Excellent in organizing all necessary documents including customer signature for completion of packaging deals to accounting office
