- Responsile for providing steady-state infrastructure and system support for customer facing applications in all airport and reservations environments
What You'll Do
- Executes Change Management processes, including building and configuration of packages, versioning control, planning, approvals, installation and support on multiple platforms
- Provides Citrix and Mid-Tier server administration and support on multiple platforms, maintaining domain profiles, security configurations, Active Directory groups
- Completes regular performance monitoring and trend analysis
- Develops and supports technology applications and tools utilized to carry out job functions
- Creates processes, procedures, and metrics for excellent service delivery
- Works with service owners for continued process improvement
- Recommends new tools and other modifications to the environment to improve efficiency and reduce cost
- Works a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as needed to support the operation
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- 3 years of experience supporting applications in a production environment
- 3 years of experience supporting technology in an airport environment
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting applications in a production environment
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Experience resolving issues with the following:
- QIK INI settings
- Common Use environments
- Airport Printers
- Understanding of AA Operational Metrics
- Demonstrated experience with TE certifications
- Ability to write SQL queries and .NET programs
- Ability to thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment, leverage best practices, and innovate through any problem with a positive attitude
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills, as well as accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with Agile project management methodology
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, customers, and external groups, as well as working in a collaborative environment with geographically dispersed resources
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time to meet commitments and expectations
- Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
- Possess a keen desire to learn and expand depth of knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
- Shifts are Monday-Thursday 7pm-6am
