Responsibilities
- Support the provisioning, monitoring and troubleshooting of mobile devices and tablets.
- Apply security policies, manage device enrollment and assist users with mobile access to enterprise applications.
- Reporting on device compliance and usage trends.
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT field.
- Active DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications:
- Microsoft Intune or Apple ACSP certifications.
