We are looking for a motivated contract attorney with some legal experience to join our team. Knowledge of or experience in workers’ compensation law is highly desirable; however, we are willing to train the right candidate. This role may also lead to additional opportunities with our firm.
Candidates must hold a valid California law license in good standing. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Defend workers’ compensation depositions.
Communicate with the main office regarding case statuses.
Draft detailed reports following depositions.
Prepare clients for their depositions.
Maintain punctuality and professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate starting at $60 per hour, with the hourly rate negotiable based on experience.
