We are seeking a progressive
Leasing Manager to join our team of avid learners; someone who is passionate for delivering results and making an impact.
As a Leasing Manager, your mission is to oversee all phases of apartment leasing, according to policy and Bluecrest standard. Achieve maximum rental revenue and prospect satisfaction with strong focus on leasing goals, online reputation, positive resident relations, and coaching/training the leasing team.. To achieve this you will:
- Embrace Bluecrest's culture of empowerment and transparency by engaging in healthy debate with leadership (No Fear of Conflict) and sharing what is not working well (4WHAT) on a weekly basis
- Lead the leasing team to meet or exceed monthly leasing goals
- Maintain a closing and conversion rate of 40%+ per Bluecrest standard
- Maintain 80% + on all Bluecrest secret shops, telephone and in-person
- Claim leads quickly as they come in, but always within 1 hour
- Set appointments consistently; at least 40% of all leads becoming a show
- Conduct tours, greet prospects, and ask for applications on all tours
- Follow up and maintain pipeline by leaving detailed notes, with active lead contact no more than 48 hours from last attempt. Report to manager any employee that is not in compliance with the follow up standards
- Shop comps within two weeks of employment and at least once a quarter
- Communicate effectively when performing all functions related to residency inquiries by way of telephone, in-person, email, and social media
- Manage the resident retention program to ensure 50%+ actual retention
- Lead the team in customer satisfaction and renewal %
- Make regular renewal contact with residents approaching lease expiration, ensuring zero unknowns 30 days out from lease expiration
- Communicate solutions for resident issues and move-out trends to Property Manager on a regular basis
- Assist the Manager in onboarding and training the leasing team

Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING TO BLUECREST
- You have two years of leasing experience; preferred
- You have experience in customer service
- You have experience in sales
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You have computer/technology skills; Yardi software preferred
- You have reliable transportation to perform all job duties on and off site
