$25.96/HR on 1st shift, $27.26/HR on 2nd shift
Job Description:
• Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations for assembly tasks.
• Comprehend assembly drawings or written work instructions.
• Obtain measurements using tools such as measuring tapes and scales.
• Crimp terminals/contacts onto wires using manual and automated tooling.
• Label assemblies in accordance with drawing specifications.
• Perform soldering, including tinning wire and splices.
• Execute repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly tasks.
• Utilize basic hand tools such as wire strippers, hand crimpers, scissors, soldering iron, and heat gun.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Monitor and verify quality in accordance with control procedures.
• Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Observe all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations.
• Work safely in accordance with established operating procedures and practices
