As a Security Officer Prol Driver with Active DoD Clearance in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Prol Officer a dynamic aerospace and defense locion, where you will conduct routine prols, remain visible to help reduce security-reled incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communicion. Wh You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities approprie to the locion.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and sharing details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random prols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locions, remaining aware of changing conditions across the site.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizions, and help to deter unauthorized access to sensitive work areas.
- Support access control, badge verificion, and reporting processes in a professional manner consistent with the expections of an aerospace and defense locion.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have least 1 year of security-reled experience.
- Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Be least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
