Role Description
Vista Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a full-time Service Dispatcher/Scheduler to join our on-site team in Vista, CA. The Service Dispatcher/Scheduler will be responsible for managing service schedules, converting online leads, coordinating with technicians, dispatching calls, and ensuring timely service delivery. This role includes tasks such as handling customer inquiries, maintaining service records, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
•
Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
•
Experience in Dispatching and Scheduling tasks is a plus
•
Effective Communication skills, including responding to customer queries
•
Ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction through efficient problem-solving
•
Proficiency in time management and multitasking
•
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
•
Assist in Inventory Restock
•
Ability to work in a on-site environment
•
Bilingual a plus
•
Familiarity with plumbing industry practices is a plus
