We are looking for Property Manager to help manage multiple properties here in San Diego. Approximately 40 hours a week and some weekends are required. The following are a few of the required duties:
Strong knowledge of AppFolio property management program
Showing upcoming and vacant units
Assisting residents and clients with service requests
Creating online advertising for available properties
Process applications
Draft rental agreements
Handling of all maintenance service requests & follow up
Assisting owner with daily management tasks as needed
Five years of onsite management experience
Superb customer service
Strong administrative, organizational skills
Bilingual English/Spanish
Living on premise is required with housing costs included
