- Execute SPC, Cp/Cpk, GR&R, and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to ensure inspection reliability and process capability.
- Translate GD&T requirements into executable inspection routines and inspection plans.
- Support calibration activities and ensure measurement compliance with ISO and internal quality standards.
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends, variation drivers, and improvement opportunities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
- 6+ years of experience in metrology, inspection engineering, or manufacturing quality.
- Strong working knowledge of GD&T, CMM programming, and SPC methodologies.
- Experience with CMM and vision systems (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, OGP, MicroVu, or similar).
- Hands-on experience performing GR&R, MSA, and interpreting Cp/Cpk results.
- Experience working in high-volume manufacturing or complex supply chain environments (EMS/ODM preferred).
- Proficiency with statistical tools such as Minitab or JMP.
