ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Concierge Belmont Village Senior Living, you will serve as the initial point of contact for residents, family members, vendors and guests visiting our community. Your primary responsibility as a Concierge is to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality by providing reliable informion to those in need, supporting administrive tasks as needed and contributing to a welcoming and safe environment. The ideal candide is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstres emphy. They excel in a fast-paced, physically active position, collabore effectively, and embrace a growth mindset, prioritizing exceptional hospitality and helping seniors to thrive as they age.
YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly
Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally
Address inquiries and requests promptly, reliably and confidentially with emphy and dignity
Log and coordine distribution of packages as approprie
Collabore with various departments to promote effective communicion
Monitor community access by ensuring proper use of the kiosk sign-in process and respond to emergency situions according to company policy and procedure
Schedule resident transportion, coordine resident trips, manage event and guest meal reservions, and assist with event setup as needed
Record maintenance work order requests through an electronic record system
Maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency and preserve first appearance impressions
Make hospitality, customer service, and resident sisfaction your top priorities in every interaction
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent
Proven experience with a multi-line phone system with demonstred professional phone etiquette
Demonstred proficiency with MS Office applicions to perform job-reled tasks
Must be able to communice clearly in verbal and written English
Demonstres initiive with advanced critical thinking skills
Proven administrive and organizional skill set
Professional, pleasant and team oriented titude
Consistent and reliable tendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operion of the community
