Paralegal – Family Law (Divorce & Custody)
Full-Time | On-Site | Nashua, NH | $56K – $73K + Year-End Bonus

Role
This role is for an experienced family law paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be a true partner to a busy attorney. Candidates must:
- Have 3–5 years of paralegal experience specifically in family law
- Come from a law firm background
- Be able to work fully on-site in Nashua, NH 5 days a week
This is NOT for legal assistants without dedicated family law paralegal experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Draft and file petitions, motions, parenting plans, and other court documents
- Manage discovery: prepare and respond to interrogatories
- Prepare and review financial affidavits and supporting documentation
- Coordinate client communication, court filings, and case deadlines
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit and binder assembly
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of paralegal experience specifically in family law (required)
- Law firm background (not corporate or in-house)
- Excellent communication and organization skills with an ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and ideally Filevine
- Fully on-site in Nashua, NH — 5 days per week
