Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet customers and visitors professionally
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Respond to general customer inquiries
- Maintain organized files and office records
- Assist with data entry and administrative support tasks
- Support communication between office staff and customers
Minimum Requirements
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including email and scheduling software
- Organized, dependable, and professional
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
