Company: Buena Onda Communities
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth (Travel Required Across DFW Properties)
Job Type: Full-Time
Build Communities. Lead Projects. Make an Impact.
At Buena Onda Communities, we are more than a property management company — we are a fast-growing, family-oriented organization focused on creating high-quality apartment communities where residents feel proud to live.
We are looking for a highly driven, organized, and hands-on Construction Project Supervisor / Project Manager to oversee apartment renovations, make-ready operations, capital improvements, and construction projects across multiple multifamily properties throughout DFW.
This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to keep projects moving, holds contractors accountable, and understands the urgency behind getting units lease-ready on time.
If you are proactive, technology-driven, bilingual, and know how to manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail — we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee apartment renovations, make-readies, and construction projects across multiple multifamily communities.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines to ensure units are completed on schedule and ready for leasing.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, inspections, materials, and project schedules.
- Conduct routine site walks to monitor progress, quality control, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Hold contractors accountable for timelines, scope of work, and workmanship standards.
- Work closely with leasing and property management teams to prioritize unit readiness and occupancy goals.
- Manage capital improvement projects, unit turns, preventive maintenance projects, and property upgrades.
- Identify project delays early and implement immediate corrective action plans.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and scopes with vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintain organized digital documentation including budgets, bids, photos, permits, invoices, and project updates.
- Track project progress through technology platforms, reports, spreadsheets, and project management software.
- Ensure all work meets company standards, city codes, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Experience in multifamily construction, renovations, make-ready operations, or project management preferred.
- Strong understanding of apartment turns, vendor coordination, and construction timelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using project management software, digital reporting tools, and spreadsheets.
- Experience managing contractors and holding teams accountable.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are searching for someone who:
- Takes ownership and accountability seriously.
- Thinks ahead and solves problems before they become bigger issues.
- Understands urgency in multifamily operations and leasing timelines.
- Leads with professionalism, positivity, and strong communication.
- Wants long-term growth within a stable and expanding company.
- Can create structure, organization, and consistency across projects.
