GENERAL MANAGER OPPORTUNITY
Club Pilates Campbell
Club Pilates Campbell is seeking an experienced and leadership-driven General Manager to oversee daily studio operations, sales performance, member retention, and team accountability at our established, high-performing studio.
This is not a startup location. Club Pilates Campbell is a mature studio with approximately 500 active members, a strong instructor team, established operational systems, and a loyal member base. We are seeking someone who can help maintain operational consistency, support long-term studio stability, and continue delivering an exceptional member experience.
The ideal candidate has prior Club Pilates or boutique fitness leadership experience and thrives in a fast-paced, accountability-focused environment.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Retention Leadership
• Oversee daily studio sales operations and Intro performance
• Monitor Intro show rates, conversions, and follow-up systems
• Hold Sales Associates accountable to daily KPIs and lead management expectations
• Ensure timely outreach and follow-up for all leads
• Support member retention efforts, cancellation saves, freeze follow-up, and member engagement
• Monitor overall membership trends and studio performance
Operations & Team Leadership
• Oversee daily studio operations and front desk execution
• Maintain professionalism, operational consistency, and member experience standards
• Support staffing coverage and team accountability
• Address member concerns and escalations professionally
• Partner with ownership regarding studio operations, staffing, and performance goals
TEAM STRUCTURE
Club Pilates Campbell has an established support structure, including a dedicated Lead Instructor role responsible for:
• Instructor scheduling
• Bridge Training for new instructors
• Instructor onboarding and mentorship
• Teaching quality and class standards
Ownership also remains actively involved in:
• Studio culture
• Grassroots marketing
• Instructor leadership
• Community engagement
This structure allows the General Manager to focus heavily on operations, sales leadership, retention, and overall studio management.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Prior Club Pilates experience strongly preferred
• Boutique fitness or membership-based management experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• KPI and accountability mindset
• Ability to professionally lead teams and manage operations
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and evening flexibility as business needs require
COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY
• $28-32/hour base compensation
