Responsibilities:
🛒 Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all customers, assisting with payments, troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless experience.
🧹 Maintenance: Keep the site clean and presentable by tidying up, restocking shelves, addressing basic maintenance tasks in and outside the operation.
🌟 Training and Team Support: Train new hires and maintain clear communication with the team, contributing to a cohesive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
🏪 Retail Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, not required
⛽ Gas Station Familiarity: Familiarity with gas station operations is a plus.
💼 Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in Email, Word, and Excel is beneficial.
🚗 Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and be at least 21 years old.
📏 Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform tasks that require physical movement hand manipulation.
