Medical Device Company – Full-Time | Growth Path to Management
We are a fast-growing medical device company looking for a motivated, people-oriented individual to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is driven, outgoing, and excited to learn. You’ll work closely with customers, support our internal operations, and gain hands-on experience across several business functions—with a clear path toward increased responsibility and future management opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact by answering phones and speaking with clinicians and customers
Provide exceptional customer support and ensure accurate order processing
Learn our medical device product line and deliver helpful, confident product knowledge over time
Travel to national trade shows (at least twice per year) to assist with booth setup, customer engagement, and networking
Assist with light marketing tasks, such as basic document editing, email campaigns, or content formatting
Get trained in tools like Adobe Acrobat and other software used in our workflows
Handle a variety of office, administrative, and operational tasks to help keep the business running smoothly
Who You Are
Highly outgoing, confident communicator, and comfortable speaking with customers
Excellent social skills; enjoys connecting with people in-person and over the phone
Driven, eager to grow, and excited to take on new challenges
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
A fast learner who can be trained on software, product knowledge, and industry-specific skills
Able to travel a few times per year for trade shows and company events
