Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coral Springs, FL, for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will manage a variety of executive tasks, including coordinating and scheduling appointments, maintaining the CEO’s calendar, handling communications, preparing expense reports, and providing general administrative support. The candidate will act as a key point of contact for the CEO, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication both within and outside the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to manage various tasks efficiently.
- Experience in supporting executives by handling Executive Support responsibilities and managing sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to learn how to quote clients on commercial landscaping equipment orders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with team members and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling platforms, is essential.
- Prior experience in providing executive-level administrative support is preferred.
