Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coral Springs, FL, for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will manage a variety of executive tasks, including coordinating and scheduling appointments, maintaining the CEO’s calendar, handling communications, preparing expense reports, and providing general administrative support. The candidate will act as a key point of contact for the CEO, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication both within and outside the organization.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to manage various tasks efficiently.
Experience in supporting executives by handling Executive Support responsibilities and managing sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to learn how to quote clients on commercial landscaping equipment orders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with team members and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in office software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling platforms, is essential.
Prior experience in providing executive-level administrative support is preferred.
