Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal calendar management.
- Maintain and update client records and office databases accurately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
