Join our dynamic team at The Crown Rooftop Bar, located at the iconic Warrior Hotel. We are looking for a Food Preparer / Runner who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This role is key to supporting our rooftop bar’s casual yet elevated food service—assembling dishes, running food, and operating the Merrychef oven with precision and care.
What You'll Do:
Assemble and plate menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Operate the Merrychef oven safely and efficiently
Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness
Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests on the rooftop
Support bartenders and service staff with food-related needs
Maintain cleanliness of the prep station and service area
Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Previous food handling or prep experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with a great attitude
Strong attention to detail and time management
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
