WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Creative Producer is responsible for supporting the operational execution of Made By Mary’s creative and content production pipeline — ensuring campaigns, shoots, launches, and storytelling assets move from concept to delivery with excellence, efficiency, and clarity.
This role sits at the intersection of production, creative operations, storytelling, and execution. The Creative Producer works closely with the Brand Director to help bring creative briefs to life through strong operational support, production coordination, workflow management, and seamless execution.
This person does not own overall brand strategy or campaign direction, but plays a critical role in helping the brand and creative teams execute efficiently by reducing friction, improving organization, and keeping production moving forward across multiple channels and launches.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, creatively minded, and thrives in fast-moving environments with many moving parts. This person should have strong creative instincts and taste, with the ability to help uphold and execute a cohesive brand aesthetic across shoots, campaigns, and content production.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production + Operational Support
- Support the day-to-day execution of creative production workflows across campaigns, launches, shoots, and evergreen content initiatives
- Help translate creative briefs into actionable production plans, timelines, deliverables, and workflows
- Assist in managing production timelines and ensuring projects stay on track from pre-production through final delivery
- Help identify operational bottlenecks and proactively communicate risks, delays, or production needs
- Maintain organization across calendars, deliverables, approvals, and launch timelines
- Support cross-functional coordination between brand, creative, social, marketing, and external production partners
- Operate comfortably in both structured launch cycles and fast-moving day-to-day execution environments
Photoshoot + Production Coordination
- Support the coordination and execution of Made By Mary photoshoots from pre-production through wrap
- Manage key production logistics including:
- Model outreach and booking
- Location coordination
- Production schedules and timelines
- Styling preparation
- Shot lists and deliverables
- Vendor and freelancer coordination
- Help create run-of-show schedules, call sheets, and production documents to ensure alignment across teams and talent
- Assist with on-set support including product organization, styling coordination, shoot flow, and production logistics
- Capture behind-the-scenes content and production moments to support launch storytelling and marketing needs when applicable
- Support sourcing and coordination of photographers, stylists, HMUAs, creators, production assistants, and freelance partners as needed
- Support activations, pop-ups, and brand events, including occasional travel for out-of-state campaigns and launches
Creative Workflow + Asset Management
- Help manage asset flow from pre-production through delivery:
- pre-pro → shoot → edit → review → approval → publish
- Maintain organized file systems, naming conventions, version control, and content archives across teams and platforms
- Coordinate approvals, revisions, retouching, uploads, and final asset delivery with speed and clarity
- Ensure assets meet platform specifications, quality standards, and launch deadlines across social, email, paid, and web channels
- Help identify repeatable systems and workflows that improve operational efficiency and consistency over time
Creative Collaboration + Launch Support
- Execute from creative briefs, campaign priorities, and launch calendars
- Partner closely with the Brand Director, Graphic Designer, Content Creator, Social Team, and external creators to support cohesive storytelling across channels
- Help translate campaign priorities into clear production needs, content deliverables, shoot plans, and launch timelines
- Support coordination of external creators, freelancers, and production contributors to ensure deliverables align with timelines and brand expectations
- Flag opportunities where stronger storytelling, organization, creative taste, or production support may improve execution
AI Fluency:
Demonstrates fluency in AI powered creative workflows and understands how to use AI tools to improve creative production, content development, operational efficiency, and speed while maintaining strong creative judgment and brand standards.
Responsibilities may include:
- Generating on brand visual concepts and creative variations
- Supporting rapid content creation workflows across social, paid, and campaign creative
- Repurposing existing assets into new formats and short form content
- Exploring faster creative testing, workflow automation, and asset organization
Uses AI thoughtfully as a complement to brand storytelling, not a replacement for taste, emotional resonance, or human connection.
Preferred familiarity with tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, Premiere, Canva, or similar creative platforms.

- Comfortable receiving feedback and applying direction efficiently
Who You Are:
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience supporting or coordinating creative productions, campaigns, or photoshoots
- Strong visual judgment and understanding of brand presentation
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
- Photography, video production, lightweight editing, or AI-assisted content creation experience is preferred
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, beauty, or consumer brands is preferred

Out of Scope for this Role:
- Setting overall brand strategy or messaging direction
- Defining campaign concepts or creative narratives
- Final creative sign-off or brand approvals
This role owns production coordination, workflow management, operational support, and executional excellence.
