Are you the kind of person who’s always making something—editing late into the night, testing a new AI tool, chasing a trend before it peaks, or rallying friends to shoot an idea you can’t stop thinking about? Can you concept, shoot, edit, and publish in the same day—and still want to do it again tomorrow?
At Optimism BH, we’re looking for a Content Creator who is equal parts creative thinker and hands-on maker. This role is for someone who wants to jump into anything, collaborate with smart people, and make great work across a wide range of clients and formats.
You’re an editor at heart. You have strong taste. You know how to shoot, cut, and bring ideas to life through motion. You’re fluent in the latest tools and trends. You’re ahead of the curve and already actively using generative AI to create stills, video, and new kinds of content. You’re curious, scrappy, and proactive. When things slow down, you don’t wait; you make something happen. You pull together a small crew, chase an idea, and create content for our clients or our own channels.
You’ll collaborate closely with producers, creatives, and client leads to concept and produce social content that feels timely, culturally aware, and worth watching. That might mean short-form video, longer-form storytelling, social-first campaigns, or experimental AI-driven work.
We work across lots of categories, ranging from food and retail to B2B and broader consumer brands, but the common thread is making things that stand out. If you’re energized by variety, obsessed with making, and want to be surrounded by talented, driven people, this is a great place to do it.
