Role Description
This full-time on-site role, located in the San Francisco Bay Area, is for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports. The role also involves managing expense reports and assisting with day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the CEO’s routine functions efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
- Proficiency in Expense Reports and Diary Management
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and organizational support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
- Previous experience in a tech or startup environment is a plus
