Senior Manager, Agile Program Management – Healthcare, Pharma & Retail
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / PMO Lead to oversee large-scale enterprise programs across healthcare, pharma, and retail environments. This individual will act as a strategic bridge between client stakeholders and delivery teams, driving governance, execution, cross-functional alignment, and executive-level communication across multiple concurrent workstreams.
This role requires a strong leader who can operate in complex, fast-paced environments while managing distributed global teams, enforcing program structure, and ensuring delivery excellence across business and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams (onshore/offshore) and drive alignment across business, technology, and vendors
- Expertise in establishing and driving PMO governance, reporting frameworks, KPIs, and executive dashboards for large programs
- Strong delivery oversight across healthcare and/or retail domains, with understanding of industry-specific constraints (compliance, omnichannel, operations)
- Extensive experience engaging and influencing senior client stakeholders (Director to C-level), including steering committees and executive reporting
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent workstreams with strong dependency, risk, and RAID governance
- 10–15+ years of experience in Program/Project Management with strong PMO leadership in large, complex enterprise environments
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, and PMO leadership within large enterprise environments (Healthcare/Pharma/Retail)
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise programs with multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong expertise in PMO governance, program reporting, KPI development, executive dashboards, and structured delivery management
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional and globally distributed teams across PT, ET, and GMT time zones
- Extensive experience engaging senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams
- Strong risk management, dependency management, and RAID governance experience
- Ability to operate strategically while maintaining hands-on execution oversight
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
