Hollywood-based entertainment marketing agency BOND (www.WeAreBOND.com) is seeking a talented, ambitious, and highly creative Junior Designer to join our Print team.

At BOND, we create award-winning campaigns for some of the biggest entertainment brands and projects in the world. We’re looking for a designer with strong fundamentals and exceptional taste, and the curiosity to explore how new creative tools can push ideas, speed up conceptual workflows, and open up new visual inspiration.

This is an in-person role based in Hollywood.

About the Role

As a Junior Designer on our Print team, you’ll work alongside some of the best creative talent in entertainment marketing, contributing to key art, campaign graphics, presentation materials, concept explorations, comps, layouts, and production-ready design work.

You’ll be expected to bring energy, ideas, and craft to the table, both on screen and off.

We value designers who can think conceptually, explore diverse visual directions, obsess over details, and collaborate passionately with a team.

What You’ll Do

You will support the Print creative team across a wide range of entertainment marketing projects, including theatrical, streaming, television, and brand campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

Designing and revising layouts, comps, campaign graphics, and presentation materials
Supporting key art explorations and visual concept development
Creating strong typographic systems and polished design executions
Preparing files for internal review, client presentations, and production
Collaborating with designers, art directors, creative directors, producers, and project managers
Exploring visual references, mood boards, and design directions
Using AI-assisted tools ethically and thoughtfully for research and concept exploration
Maintaining a high standard of craft, organization, and attention to detail

Ideal candidates will have:

A degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Visual Communication, or a related field
Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
A strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, composition, image-making, and conceptual thinking
A genuine passion for entertainment, film, television, streaming, pop culture, and visual storytelling
Ability to think conceptually and work away from the computer
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, positive attitude
Curiosity about emerging creative tools, and a working understanding of AI
Capacity to embrace change amidst an exciting, dynamic industry

Nice to Have

Experience with entertainment marketing, poster design, editorial design, branding, or campaign design
Basic retouching, compositing, presentation design, or production knowledge
Interest in how AI is changing creative concept development, design systems, and marketing workflows
