We are hiring a Founder's Aide. You own the calendar. You own the inbox. You own the pace at which the company moves.
What you'd own:
-The investor pipeline - cold to closed. Drafting, dedup, follow-ups, scheduling, CRM hygiene.
-The customer pipeline - same energy, same precision, every brand we touch.
-The advisor, team, and partner pipelines - tracking hundreds of conversations before anyone else is hired to do it.
-The founder's calendar, inbox, and reporting. You catch what gets missed.
-The drafts - emails, decks, contracts, MSAs, redlines. You move the paperwork.
-The cadence - meetings, reviews, follow-ups, the rhythm the company runs on.
-Anything operational that touches the company, the brand, or the founder personally.
Who we're looking for:
-You have run operations for a founder before, or you have founded yourself.
-You write better than 95% of the people around you.
-You are mortifyingly competent at logistics and equally good at taste.
-You speak fluently in spreadsheets, decks, contracts, CRMs, and email.
-You refuse to be the bottleneck. Ever.
-You want to learn how to build a company from $0 to $1B by sitting next to the person doing it.
Why this over the rest of the Chief of Staff / EA market:
-Most aide roles are calendar Tetris and ordering lunch. This is the apprenticeship.
