In This Role, You Will:Program Coordination & Event Support
- Support live and virtual workshops through attendance tracking, Zoom support, breakout room setup, and participant assistance
- Print, assemble, organize, and pack workshop and event materials
- Prepare participant folders, portfolios, manuals, welcome kits, and session materials
- Coordinate logistics for onboarding, assessments, and program participation
Participant & Program Management
- Manage attendance confirmations and follow-up communications
- Track participant engagement and maintain accurate records in internal databases
- Support mentor/mentee matching preparation and coordination
- Organize participant information, directories, and onboarding documentation
- Assist with assessment administration and completion follow-up
Communication & Operations
- Format and send participant communications once approved
- Help maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and recommend process improvements
- Support operational projects and weekly team action items
- Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple programs and events

Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree completed or graduating soon
- Internship, campus leadership, customer service, administrative, retail, hospitality, or other part-time work experience while in school
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Workspace, or databases is helpful but not required
