In This Role, You Will:Program Coordination & Event Support

Support live and virtual workshops through attendance tracking, Zoom support, breakout room setup, and participant assistance
Print, assemble, organize, and pack workshop and event materials
Prepare participant folders, portfolios, manuals, welcome kits, and session materials
Coordinate logistics for onboarding, assessments, and program participation

Participant & Program Management

Manage attendance confirmations and follow-up communications
Track participant engagement and maintain accurate records in internal databases
Support mentor/mentee matching preparation and coordination
Organize participant information, directories, and onboarding documentation
Assist with assessment administration and completion follow-up

Communication & Operations

Format and send participant communications once approved
Help maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and recommend process improvements
Support operational projects and weekly team action items
Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple programs and events

Preferred Background

Bachelor’s degree completed or graduating soon
Internship, campus leadership, customer service, administrative, retail, hospitality, or other part-time work experience while in school
Experience using Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Workspace, or databases is helpful but not required
