Job Description
The Strategic Finance Manager, GTM will serve as a strategic finance partner to DDN’s Go-To-Market organization, supporting leadership with data-driven financial analysis, forecasting, and planning. As DDN transforms its commercial model for the next stage of growth, this role will be instrumental in connecting financial strategy to GTM execution. The individual will help translate business performance into clear financial insights, enable leadership to make informed decisions on investments, growth initiatives, and operational priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth environment, brings strong analytical rigor, and can distill complex, multi-revenue-stream business models into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. Location for this role is New York, NY (SoHo Office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models, planning frameworks, and operational processes to support GTM initiatives and the evolution of DDN’s business model.
- Build and track financial frameworks and KPIs to measure core growth drivers, unit economics, and business performance
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial analysis, support key business decisions, and evaluate investment opportunities that drive company growth.
- Own management reporting and business analysis, including monthly/quarterly reporting, financial performance reviews, and ad-hoc modeling to identify risks and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field; MBA preferred.
- 5-8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance at a high-growth technology company, with direct experience supporting GTM organizations across SaaS/subscription, consumption, and hardware revenue models.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Expert financial modeler (Excel/Google Sheets); proficiency in SQL and tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, or Anaplan strongly preferred.
Soft Skills
- Strong executive presence with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
- Self-directed and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Salary Pay Range for this role: $160,000 - $180,000
