- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting processes.
- Analyze budget versus actual performance, identifying key variances and providing insightful explanations.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and distribute accurate and timely monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Cash Flow forecasts.
- Conduct in-depth monthly financial reports, including:
- Manufacturing cost analysis (e.g., material usage, labor efficiency, overhead absorption).
- Sales and margin analysis by product, customer, and region.
- Other ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as required by management.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
- Data Management & System Integrity:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within reporting systems.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with various departments (e.g., Operations, Sales, Supply Chain) to gather information and provide financial insights.
- Clearly communicate financial results, trends, and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional projects as needed.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- SAP (FI/CO modules).
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in a Financial Analyst or Controller role
- Familiarity with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or similar consolidation and reporting tools.
- Previous experience working for an audit firm (e.g., Big Four or mid-tier).
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
