Leidos’ Security Detection and Automion group is seeking an experienced Configurion Da Management Analyst. As a member of the CM Team, the CM Analyst will work alongside program managers, engineers and actively lead CM professionals to process hardware and software changes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of drawings, schemics, software and documention. The ideal candide will be able to interpret and apply policies, processes, procedures and technical da standards and maintain awareness for continuous improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstre knowledge of Bill of Merials (BOM): part cegories, drawing types, change orders and document control processes.
- Review and process part/product changes efficiently, accurely and consistently.
- Drive process improvement initiives in an effort to streamline and standardize proper CM stus accounting and procedural implemention.
- Analyze change impact on in-process and on-hand merial.
- Part entry and updes.
- Process technical/non-technical changes in alignment with the configurion change control process.
- Review and analyze program da deliveries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Facilite Change Control Boards; review change proposals in a group or virtual setting, and manage open items to closure.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Communice regularly cross functionally to assure requirements, milestones, and deadlines are met.
- Experience handling highly reguled, classified or sensitive da.
- Prepare for and support functional and physical configurion audits.
- General da-entry.
Qualificions:
- Must be able to obtain Federal clearance: Public Trust, Confidential, and/or Secret Level Clearance
- 2-4 years of experience in Configurion Da Management or equivalent discipline.
- BS degree and/or CM certificion from an ASQ accredited source. Experience may be substituted in lieu of educion.
- Familiarity with the pillars of Configurion Management, purpose and importance.
- Thrives in a team environment.
- Intermedie to advanced Word and MS Excel knowledge.
- Versed in the fundamental principles of EIA-649 and AS 9100.
- Proficient in Windchill, ePDM, CostPoint, ERP, Quickbase and/or equivalent CM tools or plforms.
- Strong written/verbal communicion skills, organizion, problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Thrives in a team environment.
- Must be able to work on-site 3 days a week and join meetings via web-cam 80% of the time.
**Salary Range for this position: $80,000 to $90,000 **

Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00
