As a Armed Security Officer - Morning Shipyard Prol in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Prol Officer a dynamic aerospace and defense locion, where you will monitor and prol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-reled incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communicion. In this role, you will support site operions with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a caring, reliable, and innovive environment.

Wh You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and when approprie, emergency response activities an aerospace and defense locion.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situions th may require an armed presence in accordance with site post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random prols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locions to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or authorizions, and document security-reled activities, observions, and incidents in accordance with site protocols.
- Support security-reled operions by communicing with site contacts, assisting with emergency procedures, and maintaining preparedness for changing conditions throughout the locion.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess least 6 months of security-reled experience.
- Possess a TSA issued TWIC.
- Possess an armed guard card/license.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participe in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
