About the Role
Bell Audi, a high-volume luxury automotive dealership in New Jersey, is hiring an experienced Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our top-performing team. This role is ideal for a proven producer who can handle 50–75 deals per month, maintain strong PVR, and deliver a compliant, high-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Structure, present, and finalize 50–75 finance and lease deals per month
- Maximize PVR, backend gross, and product penetration
- Secure approvals with a strong mix of prime, near-prime, and luxury lenders
- Deliver compliant, transparent menu presentations
- Ensure fast funding, accurate paperwork, and clean deals
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Desk Managers to maintain deal flow
- Provide a premium customer experience aligned with the Audi brand
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager)
- Proven success in a high-volume dealership environment
- Strong closing skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Experience maintaining high PVR and penetration rates
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CDK experience preferred
- Luxury brand experience is a plus (Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, etc.)
