Overview
We’re hiring motivated individuals to generate leads by knocking on doors and setting appointments for our solar sales team. This role focuses on starting conversations and booking qualified consultations.
Compensation
$500 per signed deal
Commission per install ranging from $500-$10,000 ($3,500 average)
Uncapped
Responsibilities
Canvass neighborhoods throughout San Diego County
Speak with homeowners and set appointments
This a no-cost program, so you are not asking homeowners to come out of pocket. You are saving them money.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Comfortable with face-to-face interaction
Self-motivated and reliable
Sales experience is a plus, not required
