Role Description
The Technical Support Specialist position is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities include providing first-class technical support to customers and partners via phone, email, and in-person interactions. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve advanced problems. Additionally, the role requires documenting and analyzing common issues to improve support processes and delivering technical information effectively to non-technical users.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for identifying and resolving common hardware and software-related client issues efficiently
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive customer experience and nurture client relationships
- Excellent Analytical Skills for diagnosing complex problems and recommending effective solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly manner
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with luxury or high-end products, or familiarity with the bathroom, spa, or kitchen industries, preferred
- Relevant certifications, an associate degree, or equivalent experience in technical support or related fields, beneficial
