Experience Required:
• Bookkeeping: 2 years in a Credit Union environment
• Member/Customer Service: 2 years
• Computer proficiency, outlook, excel, word, Canva as well as credit union core processing software.

• 9AM to 5:30PM
Job Duties:
• Answer incoming customer inquiries X3 phone lines
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Clerical duties, ordering supplies, keeping form levels adequate for use.
• Maintain small lobby orderly, ensure information posted is current and correct.
• Flexibility: Adjusting plans and strategies in response to new information.
• Learning Agility: Quickly mastering new skills or knowledge areas.
• Open-Mindedness: Being receptive to different ideas and approaches.
