Position Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and personable Customer Service & Front Desk to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role blends front desk responsibilities with customer service and light project coordination in a fast-paced screen printing and branding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Provide product information, pricing guidance, and basic order support for screen printing and branded merchandise
Process customer orders, quotes, and invoices accurately
Coordinate with production, design, and sales teams to ensure smooth order flow
Track order status and proactively communicate updates to customers
Maintain front office organization, supplies, and general cleanliness
Handle customer concerns or issues and escalate when necessary
Assist with scheduling pickups, deliveries, and client appointments
Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and CRM updates
Qualifications:
NO experience required
Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus
Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced production environment
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, order systems/CRM)
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Interest or familiarity with screen printing, apparel, or promotional products is a plus
