What you'll do:
Quality control and quality assurance of industrial processes of conforming and non-conforming products
Perform
work in accordance with quality standards and established safety standards
Use optical compactor, heights gauges, calipers, dyes, gauge blocks and pins for physical inspections on parts
Problem solving and troubleshooting issues with short orders and quality discrepancies
Perform all aspects of and computer aided inspection, as well as visual and dimensional inspection
Program CMM for fixtures, parts, and assemblies
Inspecting final assemblies for welding and correct builds
What you bring:
3+ years' CMM operation and/or metrology experience
Proficient use and knowledge of optical compactor, heights gauges, calipers, dyes, gauge blocks and pins for physical inspections
Strong knowledge of GD&T and tolerancing
Experience with PPAP
ITAR experience is preferred but not required
Keyence CMM experience is preferred but not required
