Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Field Trainer to join our team! In this critical role, you will develop and deliver product and clinical training to our field sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel.
A successful Field Trainer will be educated in the field of audiology (Doctorate degree preferred) and possess advanced knowledge of various audiological instruments with a proven track record of delivering successful technical presentations.
Location: This is a remote position requiring up to 50% travel, including training field sales teams, attending conferences and meetings, and traveling to our offices in Minnesota and Illinois at least once per quarter.
Compensation: Salary of $110,000 - $130,000, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Creates and implements advanced product training, documentation and assessments for clinical sales training material.
- Delivers training to new sales representatives on product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
- Researches and keeps up with industry trends/products and recommends and assists training staff on these.
- Works both virtually and in person with employees on their training needs.
- Monitors sales training via the creation of assessments and reporting on the Learning Management System, Fuse.
- Travels to sales locations and ride along to assist the sales team with working with the customers.
- Assists inventory control in creating descriptions on products for Salesforce and our Website.
- Collaborates with the marketing team on marketing material, blogs, newsletters, and other clinical content.
- Collaborates with vendor partners on training of products.
- Presents educational training at sales meetings and other venues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Audiology.
- Doctorate in Audiology degree or a related field; and 2-3 years of clinical experience (or clinical residency); or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Clinical knowledge and experience with a broad range of hearing care diagnostic equipment.
- Demonstrated experience in technical presentations, training experience a plus.
- Field sales experience in diagnostics preferred.
Travel:
- This position is subject to travel up to 50% for training of new sales reps, and for meetings/conferences.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during a daily routine.
- Physically able to ride in a vehicle for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times.
- Clear background check including criminal history and education verification, and any customer-required screening requirements
